I think this might be my favorite Stephen King yet. I hated character so much I wanted to kill them myself. I loved them so much I cried.
My poor hair almost all got pulled out from the intensity of it all.

Biggest criticism: the ending happened too quickly. A habit of Mr King.

Also this has every single major trigger warning you can think of. If you are someone who needs content warnings for your own mental safety and security, this is NOT the book for you! If you like fucked up shit and to experience triggering things then give it a go

Overall I really enjoyed this book!
However it felt like every 45 pages (or less) there needed to be a beat taken to explain adhd or ocd. And as someone who has knowledge and experience with them it felt forced and really annoying. I'm a little to chronically online for this mental health representation. It was like a 101 lesson on an illness I've experienced first hand AND have several friends and family that also experience.

I loved loved loved the chemistry between Jack and Raine! And all the side characters were a delight!!!
