Battle Tendency really picks up after the fight with Santivento with Caesar (our jobro for this part) and Lisa Lisa- a lot of excellent fights and art here, you can see so much set up for what's to come with later parts in terms of plotting, abilities, characters and overall plot structure. I will say I'm glad Hamon wasn't continued after this part, but I do really like how it's expanded here.
