Another fun read by author A.R. Torre!
It had a great premise: famous movie star found dead with a strange woman, the starlet caught in the middle, and the mystery slowly unraveling through the police investigation.
There are a LOT of short POV chapters here, which isn’t a bad thing. You see the mystery from all sides and you question what is really going on. The ending was definitely a twist! And I enjoyed reading about the police putting the pieces together. I didn’t feel all of the POVs were necessary though, and some slowed the pacing of the story.
Overall, will continue to read this author’s other works!
