Violet Crown was a unique fae read. The worldbuilding was believable and the variety of creatures, from ogres to gorgons, was interesting.
Alora was a tough fmc, and I loved her, twists and all.
Bodhi was HOT. His brooding personality, his background, all about him. *chef's kiss*
The slow burn about killed me. It was more they just couldn't get together even though they wanted to early on. Once the spice started, it kept coming, and I greedily devoured every bit of it. Sloan writes intimate scenes especially well.
