Why this book?

I love Jane Austen, So when I seen this was a retelling of Emma I Couldn't request it fast enough

What I thought

This was a fun and cute book. Emma and knights parts had me smiling like an idiot, I just loved their banter. Not reading the other books in the series yet had me scared that I would be confused.But luckily for me this could be read as a stand alone It gave enough background that you could easily pick up on what has happened in the other books.With that said Knight was my favorite character by far I just loved him,he was written perfectly and made a wonderful modern version of Mr. Knightly.Same goes for Emma the popular matchmaker.I also think Emma's growth was done Perfectly in a believable way. Even though this story was a bit predictable definitely since I knew the Persuasion retelling was next I still enjoyed this book alot, and it made this Jane Austen Fan proud.

Overall this light fast paced read that Jane Austen Fans or fans Contemporary Romance will enjoy
