this book was absolutely phenomenal. it also made me reflect a lot on life, and what i would do if i was in this situation. i am extremely impressed by the stories, the characters, and the way the book ended. i didnt expect to be so shocked, but i am so glad that i read this. i feel like it's left me with thoughts about how i would live my life if i was in this situation, and whether i'd be the sort of person to give up/in and let it happen or fight against it and refuse to believe such a thing. what a wonderful read--I couldn't imagine giving it any less than 5 stars.
