Read this in mere hours. It was really nice to read a trilogy, that I thoroughly enjoyed from the beginning to the end. With the romance though, I thought it was a bit too fast-paced considering the loner girl. Then again, maybe this is explained in the books, why it happens to be so.. I liked the ending and I'm not going to spoil it by reading the alternate ending. I liked how the books were written, I think if I was ever to write a book, this is the way I would write too. Spoiler Thank you for not brutally killing the wolf! I was happy that he got to live and it was never really touch and go with him. I got a bit annoyed when Will didn't die, when they thought he did. I think that would've been the perfect time to start to develop the relationship between Jake and Emma. I knew that she was going to end up with him and guessed that the other one had to die in order for it to happen. But Jake was always kind of in the background, so I really wondered what's the point in having him as a love interest at all. Anyway, I was happy she ended up with him and I was glad there was an epilogue set 10 years after showing that they're together. And all the wonderful words of Leo in the epilogue made me shed a few tears! Would recommend this book for the fans of these genres!
