Read a book written by an Author born in every country in the world. The author doesn't have to be living in the country at the time of writing. 

Note: This list does not include Israel, but rather includes Palestine. It also includes non UN countries such as Taiwan and Kosovo. 
For the sake of this challenge I have also included all individual members of the United Kingdom rather than considering as a single entry.
